BeTop Multimedia Obtains ISO 9001 compliance certification

On August 29, BeTop Multimedia officially obtained the ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems certification, issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI), an auditing body entrusted by the International Standardization Organization (ISO), which maintains the family of standards. BeTop Multimedia, being an animation production service provider, has long intended to optimize quality assurance workflows to meet the requirements of international clients. Since 2007, it has been trying to conform its production services with ISO standards. It formally applied for the audition in May 2008, and went through the audition process beginning late July. The ISO 9001:2000 standards outline a set of requirements on quality assurance for an organization. They are the most widely applied industrial standards in the world, encompassing both the production and services sectors.
