BeTop Multimedia Joins Dalian Sino-Japanese Cultural Exchange Association

Dalian Sino-Japanese Cultural Exchange Association was founded in October, 2008. BeTop Multimedia is among the first entities to join the organization.

The Association, an NPO headed by TV News anchor Li Ruopeng, advocates cultural exchanges between China and Japan in a multi-level, multi-facet and multi-channel way. One of its missions is to help members to establish ties with interested parties in the other country.
